Tip of the Month
One aspect of competition that is often over looked, is the neccisity to be on a schedule. When work with young athletes I teach them how to get their bodies running at 100%. Eating, sleeping, and training are all best time in a repetive nature. Teaching the body to operate like a machine leads to peak performance every time. When traveling with my athletes I make sure they wake up, eat, and train based on when and where their individual competitions are.
